We offer a number of ways to pay your rent and our customer services team are on hand to offer advice and help if you need it.
Direct Debit
This is the easiest way to pay and offers you the greatest amount of flexibility.
We can set up a Direct Debit for any day that you request, give us a call on 0800 854 568.

Pay Online
You can now pay your rent online through my ateb account, click here to find out more.
Pay using the AllPay App
Download the allpay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and set up your account.
To pay online/use the app you will need to ‘add an account’ using your 19 digit payment reference number and select a payment method.
You can then pay your rent, council tax and other bills quickly, at your convenience.
Over The Phone
Please call 0330 041 6497 and have your 19 digit payment reference number from your ateb payment card available, this line is an automated service and is available 24/7.
If you do not have your payment reference number to hand please contact the office on 0800 854 568 and we can help you with this.
Pay over the counter at any PayPoint convenience store or Post Office
You can use your rent card at any branch of the Post Office, throughout the UK, or any convenience store displaying the PayPoint logo.
If you need a new rent card, send us an email [email protected] or give us a call.
Paying At The Bank
You can use your Paying in Book at any Barclays Bank branch.
If you need a new Paying in Book, send us an email [email protected] or give us a call.
Pay Cash/Card At Our Office
