This is the Reactive Repairs Survey Report 2024. The survey itself was carried out in July & August & what customers said is recorded in this report. Working closely with ateb’s repairs team & customers of the Survey Planning Group, an analysis of the results was made & a list of improvements to the service was set up. ateb staff are now working on that list, and the progress is monitored by the Survey Planning Group.
