This is the MY ATEB ACCOUNT Survey Report 2024. The survey itself was carried out in April & May & what customers said is recorded in this report. Working closely with the Communications, Customer Services and Digital Systems teams, and the ateb customers of the Survey Planning Group, an analysis of the results was made & a list of improvements to the service was set up. ateb staff are now working on that list, and the progress is monitored by the Survey Planning Group.
