Thank you to all our customers who attended our first Big Customer Event where everyone had the opportunity to tell us what matters to them! The Big Customer Event is one of a number of ways that ateb listens to its customers to ensure we understand the improvements and direction customers want to see. The 90 strong audience heard how ateb is progressing against its Vision and how we are working hard to ensure that ‘customers are at the heart’ of everything we do.
This year our customer workgroups concentrated on 3 big topics, making rent affordable; making engagement meaningful and how can ateb increase trust with its customers.
The event produced a range of fantastic feedback on the big topics, ateb services and ateb’s relationship with its customers. Next steps will see the feedback reviewed by the e2i coordination group and improvement actions issued.
