Bill Faichney who is the Housing Coordinator at Hanover Court was delighted at receiving the nomination, explaining:
“Each day presents unique challenges, making my role diverse, varied and interesting. I enjoy supporting our customers, empowering them to feel confident and positive about themselves.
Having dedicated over 5 years to this position, I find fulfilment in the challenges it brings. The dynamic nature of my work, the people I interact with, and the opportunity to make a difference in their lives have solidified my passion for this role. I wouldn’t want to do anything else”.

We work closely with health and social care agencies to provide practical solutions to support older people to remain safe and independent in their homes. We have a team of caseworkers who carry out home assessments and a team of handypersons who install adaptations, all committed to providing a great service. We get lots of fantastic feedback from our customers about our wonderful team and the difference we make.
With both nominations coming in the same category we can genuinely say, hand on heart, we don’t mind who wins!
This year’s ceremony will take place on Thursday 26th October at the Pavilion in Haverfordwest, best of luck to both, and all of the fantastic organisations and individuals up for an award.
Well done everyone!
