What is Engage and how do our customers currently Engage?

Engage is the initiative through which our ateb customers can tell us what it’s like to live in an ateb home. Once we’ve heard your opinions, we use what we’ve learned to improve our services to you.

We provide a variety of different ways in which you can engage with us so that you can use the way you’re most comfortable with. You may like to use social media, pen, and paper, some people like to chat on the phone or send a text; whilst others might like to join a group or a forum. One of your favourite methods is to take part in a community day where children can play, and you can talk face-to-face with us. Whichever method you use, we value your feedback. If it matters to you, it matters to us.

ateb is constantly aiming to be the best we possibly can & only the customer can really tell us what it’s like to be on the receiving end of our services. We, therefore, encourage our customers to share their experiences and opinions.

The easiest way to engage with us is through our teams who meet with customers through their day-to-day work, such as fixing a boiler, meeting in customer groups, helping a customer to organise their finances, taking rent payments, taking a repair request or giving advice at the front desk. By incorporating engage opportunities into everything we do, ateb can gain invaluable customer experience, helping us to create better living solutions.
