Rent
Your rent pays for:
- Mortgage payments on the money borrowed to build or buy your home.
- Repairs and improvements and the staff who provide services to you.
Every year we review the cost of rent to our customers, making sure to follow Welsh Government guidance and taking affordability into consideration.
Our Affordable Rent Setting Policy (available on our documents page) sets out how we set all types of rents for our homes, ensuring that they are fair and affordable for our customers.
Our guide to how ateb sets rent is available here.
