Every year we review the cost of rent to our customers, making sure to follow Welsh Government guidance and taking affordability into consideration.

Service charges

Service Charges cover the cost of a range of services we provide to ensure your homes and communities are safe, secure, and well maintained, as well as specialist services for those of you who need extra support and assistance to remain as independent as possible such as aids and adaptations and meals.
